TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Overview
The Bin Club provides professional domestic and/or commercial wheelie bin cleaning services. These may be offered as one-off cleans or as part of a recurring subscription.

2. Service Area
Services are only available within areas covered by The Bin Club. Please check your postcode with us to confirm availability before booking.

3. Booking and Access

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure bins are:

    • Empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day.

    • Placed in a clearly visible and safe location.

  • Missed cleans due to inaccessible or unemptied bins may still be chargeable.

 
4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing for services will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

  • Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, or direct debit (for recurring services).

  • Invoices are issued for one-off cleans; recurring customers may be billed monthly in advance.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension of service.

 
5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a clean.

  • Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.

  • The Bin Club reserves the right to cancel services in adverse weather or operational circumstances. A new date will be offered or a refund issued.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unhappy with the standard of cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the bin or issue a refund at our discretion.


7. Liability

  • The Bin Club takes care to avoid damage but is not liable for:

    • Damage caused by pre-existing defects in bins or surroundings.

    • Injury or loss due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

 
8. Health & Safety

  • Our cleaning process uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning agents where possible.

  • Staff are fully trained and follow safety procedures during all operations.

 
9. Changes to Terms
The Bin Club may update these terms from time to time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email or our website.
